Via Ferrata Adventure
Step into the wild beauty of Alberta’s mountains for a day of adventure, healing, and transformation.

Helping People become Fully Human
- One Intention
Why We Created This Experience
We built this event with one intention at its core: to create a powerful, embodied space for release, renewal, and reconnection. The truth is—healing doesn’t always happen in a chair. Sometimes, it happens 300 feet above the forest floor, being gently guided outside your comfort zone, surrounded by the wind and the open sky. Sometimes it happens when you push your edge and feel fully alive again.
Adventure is a uniquely powerful arena for transformation. When we move our bodies, face challenge, and immerse ourselves in the raw presence of nature, something shifts. Tension begins to dissolve. Beliefs wired in stress and survival can be rewired in breath, presence, and possibility. We come back to ourselves.
We chose the Via Ferrata because it’s the perfect bridge:
It’s epic and thrilling—without requiring advanced climbing skills
It’s fully guided and fully safe
It allows us to access heights, views, and sensations that mirror the internal journey
And it opens the door for anyone, regardless of experience, to step into something brave and beautiful
Pair that with summit SoundCraft, nourishing mountain food, and a circle of shared understanding, and you’ve got more than a great day out—you’ve got a powerful opportunity for catharsis, reprogramming, and reconnection. We know the weight veterans, first responders, and front-line workers carry. We know how heavy it can get—and how easy it is to disconnect from your body, your breath, and the present moment. This event is an antidote. A reset. A vertical path back to clarity, power, and peace. Come climb with us. Come home to yourself.
- Held Every Step of the Way
Guided Support for Your Body, Mind & Nervous System
This isn’t just an adventure—it’s a carefully guided experience for your entire being. We know that when you step into the unknown, things surface. Memories. Emotions. Patterns. Tension you didn’t even know you were carrying. And we’ve built this event to meet you right there, with the tools, guidance, and safety to help you move it through—not bury it. Throughout the day, our team of facilitators will be there to support you in staying present in your body—not just pushing through, but listening, breathing, and allowing what needs to come up to be seen, felt, and released.
Ground & Anchor
Before the climb, we’ll orient your body and your nervous system, helping you ground and anchor into breath and presence.
Climb with Presence
During the ascent, you’ll be supported to move at your own pace, with gentle coaching that invites awareness rather than performance.
Release & Rewire
At the summit, you’ll be guided into a deeply somatic SoundCraft journey, where stored emotion and trauma-informed beliefs can be safely released in the privacy of your hammock, surrounded by sky and space.
Integrate & Return
Throughout the descent, you’ll be grounded and integrated, reconnecting with community and a sense of inner stability.
- What Is SoundCraft?

On this sacred adventure, as you ground into the energy of the mountain and the trees supporting your hammock, sound becomes a bridge between dimensions—opening the heart, calming the mind, and guiding you into deep inner realignment. Whether you’re seeking shifts in emotional patterns, relationships, health, or your connection to self, SoundCraft offers a portal for remembrance and renewal.
Together, Greg & Whit create a resonant field that dissolves limitation and brings you home to your true self. A soul embodiment that activates your highest potential. Allow yourself to ascend, release, and receive the frequencies of transformation.

Greg German
Through LifeCraft, Greg leads soul-forward experiences that awaken what is most real and alive within us. His work is rooted in a simple, radical truth: soul embodiment is not about transcendence—it’s about becoming deeply, fiercely human. It’s about reclaiming the parts we’ve hidden, forgotten, or exiled, and learning to walk with them in love.
Whitney Sosnowski
Whitney is a quantum healer and somatic guide devoted to helping others return to the truth of who they are. Her work bridges body, sound, and soul—drawing on years of experience in energy medicine, trauma-informed care, and a clinical background in physiotherapy.

June, 2024
Having attended another event by Dan, and knowing the phenomenal experience that was, I jumped at the chance to join him in the via ferrata adventure! Am I ever glad I did! From the guides, to the safety, to the snacks and hammocks at the top of the mountain, everything was flawless! What an opportunity to actually experience life instead of watch it pass by! I highly recommend Mancraft!

June, 2024
My Soulcraft session with Whit and Greg was life-changing. Their energy work and hypnotherapy uncovered deep wounds beyond PTSD, guiding real healing. Since then, I’ve felt calmer, stronger, and more present. I’m responding differently, rebuilding relationships, and truly living again. I’m so grateful for this experience.

Dec, 2024
After my session, I felt grounded yet light—and that feeling has stayed. This year had me questioning if healing would ever stop hurting, but now I feel like I’ve shed something heavy. I’m curious, open, and trusting what’s to come. I had a powerful vision of everything clicking into place, showing me it all led here. Maybe my gift is simply to love—and that feels like a good place to begin. I’m so grateful to feel “leveled up” with my healing team.

Oct, 2024
I’ve done deep work with breath, sound, and plant medicine, but hit a plateau. Greg and Whitney’s synergy opened new channels, integrating and amplifying insights I’d only glimpsed. I left the session energized, with a clear, open path ahead.

Mar, 2024
What did I just experience? A powerful blend of hypnosis and somatic energy work that left me feeling light, free, and whole. Greg and Whitney’s loving masculine and feminine balance helped clear old programs with deep support. I traveled through vivid scenes using all my senses, feeling guided even in uncertainty. This is one of the most effective, supportive modalities I’ve ever tried.

Jun, 2024
Greg and Whitney took time to understand what I wanted, making me feel truly heard. They flowed with what came up, extending the session to fully support my process. While it felt less intense than other modalities, I had an immediate and unexpected breakthrough that’s made a big impact. Their generous follow-up care is unlike anything I’ve experienced.
