1. Body
This physical body is the only mechanism we have to interact with the world around us. This is why people say things like “Health is Everything”, and “If you don’t have your health, you have nothing”. The more your body is nourished, you increase your capacity for energy, vitality, and presence.
People have been on earth for a while now. It’s sad to think that after so many millennia that we’ve roamed the land that we would find controversy over what’s nutritious and what isn’t, but here we are.
Profit-driven and politically-motivated narratives have shrouded the truth about our nutrition with deliberate intention to make us less healthy and more reliant on expensive healthcare services.
And in this week’s presentation, we’re going to dispel myths and quote the independently-proven studies showing the truth about Vegetables.
But in the process, you’ll discover:
- the number one source of toxins in today’s food supply
- the most optimal foods that your body can thrive on, no matter the season.
- why switching to a new diet can be hazardous when it’s not done correctly.
- the role religion has played in our diets throughout the ages
- a holistic approach to accessing the same food that has allowed us to thrive in the most harshest of conditions throughout human history.

2. Mind
The health of our mind is just as important to nurture, but in the past, it’s been difficult to show people how to transform their mind.
It makes sense though,
If someone were to tell you to change the colour of your front door, you could visualize the door you have now, and the paint required to make it happen.
If you’re starting a new diet, you can visualize the new meals you’d be eating.
It’s not as easy to visualize the mind.
So when we say, “Let’s heal your mind”, where do you even begin?
Think of it as a garden that needs maintenance. Shifting the language you use day to day gives your mind an environment where it can heal itself.
This Sunday, we’ll be having a live “Ask Me Anything” session. This is where you can practice the language that fosters your mind’s healing, for free, with our community of healers.
(Sounds a lot better than spending $350/hr on a shrink, eh?)

3. Spirit
Likely the most neglected aspect of our experience on earth, our spirituality grants our experience an awareness to a higher consciousness.
Our Identity is not our body. The body is simply how we get to interact with a physical world, but that the lessons we learn here add to our advancement of our consciousness.
This is automatically unifying us with each other and the collective consciousness of humanity is accelerating.
This week, we’ll be discussing the role that psychedelic therapies have in this movement to unify all people, and people will have the opportunity to share their stories of how they’ve experienced an expanded consciousness through our mini retreats: WonderCraft.
That will conclude our triple-header event for the evening!
