The HockeyCraft Audio Library includes a large and growing listing of powerful clinical hypnotherapy tracks. Each track begins by inducing the listener into a gentle hypnotic state where their unconscious mind is open to receiving suggestions. The track then leads the listener through a series of hypnotic suggestions and vivid visualizations, resulting in deep shifts in the unconscious mind. The result? Positive changes in behaviour, performance, and how you experience yourself and the world.
These audios have two endings - one that wakes you up, and one that puts you to sleep. This means you can listen during a meditation or before a game or practice, or you can listen as you fall asleep at night. In either case, your unconscious mind chooses the right ending and you will either wake up feeling alert and energized, or surrender into a restful sleep.
