HeroCraft is a transformative therapy experience designed to empower first responders, veterans, health practitioners and their families by healing trauma, building resilience, and reigniting the joy you deserve.
HeroCraft is a specialized variation of our safe, gentle and proven-effective SoulCraft Therapy, tailored specifically for those who have served on the front lines and their families. Our sessions are designed to help you break free from the grip of trauma and PTSD to restore peace and balance to your life.

At the core of our being lie ancient mechanisms designed to keep us safe when we perceive danger. These include the fight or flight response, and the fawn or freeze response, driven by the most primitive parts of our brain. This system was once essential for survival, enabling our ancestors to react swiftly to danger. However, in the complex tapestry of modern human life, these primal responses no longer keep us safe.
The automatic reactions that once protected us can now hinder our ability to thrive, trapping us in cycles of dis-ease, stress, and trauma.

“I really appreciated how much time Greg and Whitney took to explain the work they were going to do and to ask me questions to get really clear on what I wanted to work on. I definitely felt heard! I also liked that Greg took me through a little visualization to determine how he could best guide me during my session.
